How does your pricing structure work for Managed Services, and are there different tiers available based on our specific needs and budget?

Nexlo charges on a per user per computer basis. For example if two users share a computer you will only be charged for one computer. If a user has a desktop computer and a laptop you will be charged for two computers. Other items such as Email security, Backups, Office 365 etc are charged as separate line items.

Are there any limitations on the number of devices covered under the Managed Services agreement?

No there is no limit.

How does your Managed Services adapt to the evolving needs of our business over time? Can we easily scale up or down depending on changes in our operations?

That is the great thing about Nexlo, we are flexible with our agreements. If you are downsizing and no longer need to have as many users/computers we can remove those computers from the invoice (given a months notice). The same applies if your business is growing, we will expand with your needs.

Are there any additional fees for after-hours support or emergency assistance, or are these services included in the standard package?

Most standard agreements come with after hours and weekend work included with no extra fee, they may have longer response times then work hour response times. If after hours and weekend support with the same response times are required we can tweak the agreement to reflect that.

How does your Office 365 Billing and Management service simplify the management process for us? Are there additional costs involved, or is it included in the overall package?

Nexlo has a reseller agreement with a certified Microsoft reseller in Sydney. They provide us with competitive pricing, support, and license management tools. Using Nexlo for your Office 365 subscriptions means you do not need to handle any administrative or billing tasks. The only cost you pay is for your Office 365 licenses, the management of your Office 365 environment is covered under the monthly SLA agreement.
